Rapid Micro Biosystems, Inc. IPO.

Rapid Micro Biosystems, Inc. has placed 7 920 000 shares of common stock in an IPO priced $20 per share, that is the upper limit of the previously announced range ($18-20).  

Besides, Rapid has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 1 188 000 shares at the public offering price.  

The trading debut will take place on the Nasdaq Global Select Market on July 15, 2021 under the ticker symbol “RPID”.
