IPO of Ozon Holdings PLC (OZON) will take place on November 23, 2020. Ozon is a leading platform in the large, fragmented, underdeveloped, yet growing Russian e-commerce market. The brand has become a synonym of online shopping for approximately 11.4 million of frequent buyers in Russia (in twelve months ended September 30, 2020). According to INFOLine, Ozon’s mobile app is one of the leading shopping apps in terms of the number of average monthly users (about 10 million).
Listed IPO underwriters are Morgan Stanley, Goldman Sachs, Citigroup, UBS Investment Bank, Sberbank CIB, VTB Capital and RenCap.
