IPO of Olo, Inc.

Olo, Inc. has placed 18 000 000 shares in an IPO priced $25 per share, which is $3 above the upper of the previously announced range ($20-22). Besides, Olo has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase 2 700 000 shares at the public offering price. 

The trading debut will take place on the New York Stock Exchange on March 17, 2021 under the ticker symbol ‘OLO’.
