IPO of MYT Netherlands Parent B.V. (MYTE) will take place on January 20, 2021. MYT Netherlands Parent B.V. is a digital platform of global luxury brands that allows clients to shop anytime and anywhere. Localized websites, available in eight languages   and eight currencies as well as MYT's internal logistics capabilities around the world ensure a fast, efficient and convenient shopping experience.  The company regularly hosts events where top clients can meet with designers.  In 2020, the company offered 13 events, including ones in Paris, Milan, Munich, Shanghai, Dubai and New York, featuring Moncler, Altuzarra, Boyy, Paco Rabanne, Gabriela Hearst, Stella McCartney, JW Anderson, Roger Vivier, Khaite  and Amina Muaddi.
The company's name and reputation have led to an exclusive partnership with Todâ € TM that has chosen mytheresa.com as its online store.
In 2020, the company acquired more than 480,000 active customers, sent over  1,000,000 orders to 133 countries around the world and generated net sales of 449.5 million euros.
The estimated valuation of the company after the IPO is 1.7 billion USD.
The listed bookrunners of the IPO are Morgan Stanley, JP Morgan, Credit Suisse, UBS Investment Bank, Jefferies and Cowen.
