Datto Holding Corp. IPO.

Datto Holding Corp. has placed 22 000 000 shares of common stock in an IPO at a price of $27 per share, which corresponds to the upper limit of the previously announced range ($24-27). Besides, Datto Holding has granted its underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 3 300 000 shares of common stock at the public offering price.
The trading debut will take place on October 21 on the NYSE under the ticker symbol “MSP”.
