monday.com Ltd. IPO

Monday.com Ltd. has placed 3 700 000 shares of common stock in an IPO priced $155 per share, that is $15 higher than the upper limit of the previously announced range ($125-140). Besides, monday.com has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 370 000 shares at the public offering price.  

The trading debut will take place on the Nasdaq Global Select Market on June 10, 2021 under the ticker symbol “MNDY”.
