LegalZoom.com launches an IPO

IPO of LegalZoom.com, Inc. (LZ) will take place on June, 29 2021.

LegalZoom is a leading online platform for legal advices in the USA. In 2020 10% of new LLC and 5% of new corporations in the USA were created with LegalZoom. LegalZoom offers permanent counselling in regulatory compliance and taxes, as well as  trade-mark registration. Besides, the company uses the platform as a channel for networking of small businesses and top-ranged brands in its own partner ecosystem, that allows to resolve more and more client's demands. LegalZoom works in 50 states and in more than 3000 districts in the USA. As at December, 31 2020 the company has more than 1 million of subscribers.

The listed IPO bookrunners are JP Morgan, Morgan Stanley, Barclays, BofA Securities, Citigroup, Credit Suisse, Jefferies, JMP Securities, Raymond James и William Blair.
