SC Disco, Inc. launches an IPO

IPO of CS Disco, Inc. (LAW) will take place on July, 20 2021 

CS Disco is an AI-driven cloud-native solution which facilitates legal documents examination and conduct of cases for enterprises, legal services and legal service suppliers.  Company’s scalable integrated solution offers the possibility for legal departments to collect, process and analyze enterprise data that are   concerned or expected to concern legal affairs.  As at March 2021 the CS Disco solution contained more than 10 billion files and 2.5 petabytes of data.  

The estimated valuation of the company after the IPO is $1.3 billion 

The listed IPO bookrunners are JP Morgan, BofA Securities, Citigroup, Jefferies, Canaccord Genuity, Cowen, Needham, Stifel и Loop Capital.
