IPO of Kinnate Biopharma, Inc.

Kinnate Biopharma, Inc. has placed 12 000 000 shares of common stock in an IPO priced $20 per share, which is $2 above the upper limit of the initially announced range ($16-18). Besides, Kinnate has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 1 800 000 shares of common stock at the public offering price.

The trading debut will take place on the Nasdaq Global Select Market on December 3, 2020 under the ticker symbol “KNTE”.
