IPO of Immunocore Holdings Plc.

Immunocore Holdings Plc has placed 9 935 896 shares in an IPO priced $26 per share, which is $1 above the upper limit of the previously announced range ($23-25).

Besides, Immunocore has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 1 490 384 shares at the public offering price.

The trading debut will take place on the Nasdaq Global Select Market on February 5, 2021 under the ticker symbol «IMCR».
