Robinhood Markets, Inc. IPO

Robinhood Markets, Inc has placed 55 000 000 shares of common stock in an IPO priced $38 per share, that is the lower limit of the previously announced range ($38-42).  

Besides, Robinhood has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 5 500 000 shares at the public offering price.  

The trading debut will take place on the Nasdaq Global Select Market on July 29, 2021 under the ticker symbol “HOOD”.
