Gitlab Inc. IPO

Gitlab Inc. has placed 10 400 000 shares of common stock in an IPO priced $77 per share, which is $8 higher than the upper limit of the previously announced range ($66-69). Besides, Gitlab has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 1 040 000 shares at the public offering price.

The trading debut will take place on the Nasdaq Global Select Market on October 14, 2021 under the ticker symbol “GTLB”.
