IPO of Global-e Online Ltd. IPO

Global-e Online Ltd. has placed 15 000 000 shares of common stock in an IPO at a price of $25 per share, which corresponds to the upper limit of the previously announced range ($23-25). Besides, Global-e Online has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 2 250 000 shares at the public offering price.

The trading debut will take place on the Nasdaq Global Select Market on May 12, 2021 under the ticker symbol «GLBE».
