Flywire Corporation launches an IPO.

IPO of Flywire Corporation (FLYW) will take place on May 25, 2021. Flywire is the world's leading next generation payment platform developer. The Flywire payment platform helps clients to get paid and to pay bills no matter where in the world they are. Flywire is well placed to capture a significant share of global payments, given its ability to give deeply integrated digital solutions for both domestic and international payments.

The estimated valuation of the company after its IPO will be $2 billion.
