Doximity, Inc. IPO

Doximity, Inc. has placed 23 300 000 shares of common stock im an IPO priced $26 per share, that is $3 higher than the upper limit of the previously announced range ($20-23). Besides, Doximity has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 3 494 000 shares at the public offering price. 

The trading debut will take place on the New York Stock Exchange  on June 24, 2021 under the ticker symbol “DOCS”.
