Duck Creek Technologies Incorporation is making an IPO.

The IPO of Duck Creek Technologies Incorporation (DCT) will take place on August 13, 2020. Duck Creek is a leading provider of the Saas software for the P&C insurance industry. Duck Creek has become the first company to provide customers with the integrated enterprise software suite, specifically made as a Saas solution. Duck Creek Technologies’ product portfolio is built on its own technology foundation - the Duck Creek platform and coordinates on improving the operating efficiency of the main processes for the company’s clients (policy administration, claims management and billing), and other important functions.

The estimated valuation of the company after the IPO is USD 2.5 billion.
