IPO of Coursera, Inc.

Coursera, Inc. has placed 15 730 000 ordinary shares in an IPO priced $33 per share, which is the upper limit of the previously announced range ($30-33). Besides, Coursera has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 2 359 500 shares at the public offering price. 

The trading debut will take place on the New York Stock Exchange on March 31, 2021 under the ticker symbol «COUR».
