Blend Labs, Inc. IPO.

Blend Labs, Inc. has placed 20 000 000 shares of common stock in an IPO priced $18 per share, that is the upper limit of the previously announced range ($16-18).  

Besides, Blend has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 3 000 000 shares at the public offering price.  

The trading debut will take place on the New York Stock Exchange on July 16, 2021 under the ticker symbol “BLND”.
