Couchbase, Inc. (BASE) launches an IPO

Couchbase is a NoSQL database which integrates with Couchbase Server, Couchbase Mobile and SQL. Couchbase is a single platform which combines data cloud, access and safety at the enterprise level on-premises as well as in clouds or in mobile devices.  Couchbase Server is an open source database, NoSQL, oriented to files and including such functions as fulltext search, events proccessing, multi-dimensional scaling, cloud integration and enquiry messages. Couchbase Mobiles targets to scale out Couchbase  up to hardware peripherals, managing and synchronizing data between the cloud and the mobile devices.  

The listed IPO bookrunners are Morgan Stanley, Goldman Sachs, Barclays, RBC Capital Markets,  William Blair, Stifel, Baird и Oppenheimer & Co.
