AvidXchange IPO.

AvidXchange has placed 26 400 000 shares of common stock in an IPO priced $25 per share, that is the upper limit of the previously announced range ($23-25).  

Besides, AvidXchange has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 3 960 000 shares at the public offering price.  

The trading debut will take place on the Nasdaq Global Select Market on October 13, 2021 under the ticker symbol “AVDX”.
