IPO of Alkami Technology, Inc.

Alkami Technology, Inc. has placed 6 000 000 shares of common stock in an IPO at a price of $30 per share, which is $2 above the upper limit of the previously announced range ($26-28). Besides, Alkami has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 900 000 shares at the price of public offering. 
The trading debut will take place on the Nasdaq Global Select Market on April 14, 2021 under the ticker symbol “ALKT”.
