IPO of C3.ai

C3.ai has placed 15 500 000 shares of common stock in an IPO priced $42 per share, which is $8 above the upper limit of the previously announced range ($31-34). Besides, C3.ai has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 2 325 000 shares of common stock at the public offering price. 
The trading debut will take place on the New York Stock Exchange on December 9, 2020 under the ticker symbol “AL”.
