Nerdwallet, Inc. IPO

Nerdwallet, Inc. has placed 7 250 000  shares of common stock in an IPO priced $18 per share, which corresponds to the midpoint of the previously announced range ($17-19). Besides, Nerdwallet has granted the underwriters a 30-days option to purchase up to 1 087 500 shares at the public offering price.

The trading debut will take place on the Nasdaq Global Select Market on November 4, 2021 under the ticker symbol “NRDS”.
