SAVINGS Fund

Minimum investment period is – 5 years
The minimum amount of investment in the FUND - $100,000 (or the equivalent in rubles/euros)
Estimated yield - up to 8% per annum
Low-risk fund

High-quality developed market stocks	up to 25% of the fund. A medium-risk instrument based on a stock market with high liquidity
Long-term bonds of the highest rating	up to 30% of the fund. A low-risk instrument
Medium-term bonds of the highest rating	up to 25% of the fund. A low-risk instrument
Gold mining stocks of developed markets	up to 5% of the fund. A moderate-risk instrument
Medium-term deposits in the largest banks	up to 15% of the fund. A low-risk instrument

MANAGEMENT FEES

Management and consulting fee is 0.3% per month
Performance fee is 30% of positive returns (charged monthly)
Operating costs, which include, but are not limited to, brokerage fees and commissions, custody fees, ongoing registration, listing and quotation fees, including transfer costs from 0.01 to 1%
Transition fee charged when you transfer from another Fund to this one is 0,15%
Exit fee for partial or full withdrawal of Assets before the scheduled time is 3%
