ZoomInfo Technologies Inc. announced pricing of secondary offering.

ZoomInfo Technologies Inc. (ZI) has priced the secondary offering of shares of its class A common stock at a price of $37.00 per share. The size of offering was increased from 12 000 000 to 14 938 379 shares. Besides, the underwriters were given a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 2 240 756 shares of ZoomInfo’s Class A common stock. The offering is expected to close on August 24, 2020.
