IPO of Qualtrics International Inc.

Qualtrics International Inc. has placed 50.4 million shares in an IPO priced $30 per share, which is $1 above the upper limit of the previously announced range ($27-29).

The trading debut will take place on the Nasdaq Global Select Market on January 28 under the ticker symbol “XM”.
