ContextLogic, Inc. launches an IPO.

An IPO of ContextLogic, Inc. (WISH) will take place on December 15, 2020. WISH is an American e-commerce platform. The platform provides affordable and fun mobile shopping for billions of consumers around the world. WISH has become one of the largest and fastest growing global e-commerce platforms, connecting over 100 million of active users monthly in over 100 countries with more than 500 000 sellers offering nearly 150 million products. Highly personalized platform’s product feed allows WISH users to find products they want to purchase by simply scrolling the mobile app and browsing through mobile pages. More than 70% of sales on the platform are not related to the search query, but come from personalized viewing. 

The listed bookrunners of the IPO are Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC, J.P. Morgan, BofA Securities, Citigroup,
Deutsche Bank Securities, UBS Investment Bank, RBC Capital Markets and Credit Suisse.
