Unity Software Inc. IPO

Unity Software has placed 25 000 000 shares of common stock in an IPO priced $52 per share, which is $4 above the upper limit of the initially announced range ($44-48). Besides, Unity Software has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 3 750 000 shares of common stock at the public offering price. 
The trading debut will take place on the NYSE under the ticker symbol “U”.
