TuSimple Holdings Inc. launches an IPO

IPO of TuSimple Holdings Inc. (TSP) will take place on April 14, 2021.

TuSimple Holdings is a technology company that develops autonomous vehicles (“driverless” vehicles) and specializes in the creation of trucks for logistics solutions. The company believes that its Autonomous Freight Network (AFN) will solve the most pressing problems of the freight transport industry and revolutionize the way goods move. AFN is a complete turnkey autonomous cargo solution that gives users access to custom-built autonomous L4 trucks operating on digital routes connecting a nationwide terminal network. The company currently operates the largest automated truck fleet in the United States.

The listed bookrunners of the IPO are Morgan Stanley, Citigroup, JP Morgan, BofA Securities, Cowen, Credit Suisse, Nomura, and RBC Capital Markets, Baird, Needham & Company, Oppenheimer & Co., Piper Sandler and Valuable Capital.
