SIGHT SCIENCES, INC. launches an IPO

IPO of SIGHT SCIENCES, INC. (SGHT) will take place on July, 14 2021.

SIGHT SCIENCES develops medical devices to treat eye diseases. The main company’s product is OMNI. OMNI is a portable one-use therapeutic device which allows ophtalmic surgeons to reduce ophtalmotonous pressure of adult glaucoma patients with safe ocular maneuver. Every surgical system OMMNI consists of 29 high-precision parts optimized for intuitive use and efficacy. In March 2021 FDA has approved OMNI for broadened indications and usage based on Clinical Data Review.  

The estimated valuation of the company after the IPO is $756 million.

The listed IPO bookrunners are Morgan Stanley, BofA Securities, Citigroup и Piper Sandler.
