IPO of Signify Health, Inc.

Signify Health, Inc. has placed 23 500 000 shares in an IPO priced $24 per share, which is $3 above the upper limit of the previously announced range ($20-21). Besides, Signify has granted the underwriters a 30-Day option to purchase up to 3 525 000 shares at the public offering price.

The trading debut will take place on the New York Stock Exchange on February 11, 2021 under the ticker symbol “SGFY”.
