IPO of Seer, Inc.

Seer, Inc. has placed 9 210 527 shares of common stock priced $19 per share, which is $1 above the upper limit of the previously announced range ($16-18). Besides, Seer, Inc. has granted the underwriters a 30 day option to purchase up to 1 381 579 shares of common stock at the public offering price.
The trading debut will take place on the Nasdaq Global Select Market  on December 4, 2020 under the ticker symbol “SEER”.
