Riskified Ltd. IPO

Riskified Ltd. has placed 17 500 000 shares of common stock in an IPO priced $21 per share, that is $1 higher than the upper limit of the previously announced range ($18-20). Besides, Riskified has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 2 625 000 shares at the public offering price. 

The trading debut will take place on the New York Stock Exchange on July 29, 2021 under the ticker symbol “RSKD”.
