Rapid Micro Biosystems, Inc. launches an IPO

IPO of Rapid Micro Biosystems, Inc. (RPID) will take place on July, 14 2021.

Rapid Micro Biosystems is an innovative biotech company offering solutions to automate manufacturing of medical products such as bio-based products, vaccines, cell-based and ex vivo gene therapies, sterile injections.  
The platform Growth Direct automates and upgrades traditional work processes of manual microbial Quality Control (MQC) that are used in the largest and the most difficult pharmacal manufacturing operations all over the world. Growth Direct automates MQC to produce accurate results in about half the time of manual methods while eliminating human error.

The estimated valuation of the company after the IPO is $508 million.

The listed IPO bookrunners are JP Morgan, Morgan Stanley, Cowen и Stifel.
