UiPath, Inc. launches an IPO.

IPO of UiPath, Inc. will take place on April 20, 2021. UiPath is  a company that provides solutions for creating and managing  enterprise automation based on AI. The company’s solution is based on a set of capabilities that imitate human behaviour . Automation on the UiPathplatform can be created, used, managed, and regulated by any staff member who interacts with a computer, making the platform widely applicable across all departments of the enterprise.

The UiPath platform is targeting the intelligent process automation market, which the International Data Corporation estimates at about $17 billion by the end of 2020. It is expected to grow to $30 billion by the end of 2024.
