IPO of Oncorus, Inc.

Oncorus, Inc. has placed 5 800 000 shares of common stock in an IPO priced $15 per share, which is the midpoint of the previously announced range ($14-16). Besides, Oncorus has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 870 000 shares of common stock at the price of public offering. 
The trading debut will take place on October 2, 2020 on the NASDAQ Global Select Market under the ticker symbol “ONCR”.
