IPO of Maravai LifeSciences Holdings, Inc.

Maravai LifeSciences Holdings, Inc. has placed 60 000 000 shares of common stock in an IPO priced $27 per share, which corresponds to the upper limit of the previously announced range ($24-27). Besides, Maravai has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 9 000 000 shares of common stock at the public offering price.
The trading debut will take place on the Nasdaq Global Select Market on November 20, 2020 under the ticker symbol “MRVI”.
