Marqeta, Inc. launches an IPO.

IPO of Marqeta, Inc. (MQ) will take place on June 8, 2021. Marqeta is a platform developer for digital payments between companies and their clients through open APIs. Modern card issuance platform Marqueta enables its clients, including companies such as Affirm, DoorDash, Instacart, Klarna and Square, to create customized payment cards that provide innovative payment options to their end users. In 2020, the amount of payments that went through the Marqeta platform is $60.1 billion, and in the first three months of 2021 this amount is $24 billion.  Assuming that the amount of processed payments remains at the same level as in the first three months, then in 2021, almost $100 billion will pass through the Marqeta platform.
