Marqeta Inc. IPO

Marqeta Inc. has placed 45 454 546 shares of common stock in an IPO priced $27 per share, that is $3 higher than the upper limit of the previously announced range ($20-24). Besides, Marqueta has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 6 818 181 shares at the public offering price.   

The trading debut will take place on the Nasdaq Global Select Market on June 9, 2021 under the ticker symbol “MQ”.
