McAfee Corp. files for IPO.

The IPO of McAfee Corp. (MCFE) will take place on October 22, 2020. McAfee is well known in the cybersecurity market. The company has been a pioneer and a leader for 30 years already in protecting consumers from cyber attacks with the help of integrated security and privacy solutions. As of June 27, 2020, McAfee products protected over 600 million devices. McAfee platform is constantly evolving with artificial intelligence, machine learning and telemetry data collected from over a billion sensors in the company’s customer base.

The company’s estimated value after its IPO will be US$13.3 billion.
