LegalZoom.com, Inc. IPO.

LegalZoom.com, Inc. has placed 19 121 000 shares of common stock in an IPO priced $28 per share, that is $1 higher than the upper limit of the previously announced range ($24-27). Besides, LegalZoom.com has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 2 868 150 shares at the public offering price. 

The trading debut will take place on the Nasdaq Global Select Market  on June 30, 2021 under the ticker symbol “LZ”.
