Pulmonx Corporation’s IPO

Pulmonx Corporation has placed $10 000 000 shares of common stock at a price of $19 per share, which is $1 above the upper limit of the originally announced range ($17-18). Besides, Pulmonx has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 1 500 000 shares of common stock at the price of public offering. The trading debut will take place on October 1, 2020 under the ticker symbol “LUNG”.
