CS Disco, Inc. IPO.

CS Disco, Inc. has placed 7 000 000 shares of common stock in an IPO priced $32 per share, that is $1 higher than the upper limit of the previously announced range ($30-31). Besides, Disco has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 700 000 shares at the public offering price. 

The trading debut will take place on the New York Stock Exchange on July 21, 2021 under the ticker symbol “LAW”.
