Freshworks, Inc. IPO

Freshworks, Inc. has placed 28 500 000 shares of common stock in an IPO priced $36 per share, that is $2 higher than the upper limit of the previously announced range ($32-34). Besides, Freshworks has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 2 850 000 shares at the public offering price.

The trading debut will take place on the Nasdaq Global Select Market on September 22, 2021 under the ticker symbol “FRSH”.
