ForgeRock, Inc. IPO

ForgeRock, Inc. has placed 11 000 000 shares of common stock in an IPO priced $25 per share, that is $1 higher than the upper limit of the previously announced range ($21-24). Besides, ForgeRock has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 1 650 000 shares at the public offering price.

The trading debut will take place on the  New York Stock Exchange on September 16, 2021 under the ticker symbol “FORG”.
