Viant Technology, Inc. launches an IPO.

IPO of Viant Technology Inc. (DSP) will take place on February 9, 2021.

Viant Technology, Inc. is an advertising software company. Viant’s software is an Adelphic platform that enables programmatic ad buying by automating the ad buying process. Adelphic is used by marketers and their ad agencies for planning, buying and measuring advertising on most channels. The programmatic advertising market in the United States is expected to grow from $65 billion in 2018 to $140 billion in 2022, which corresponds to an average annual growth rate of 21% (according to market research firm eMarketer). 

The estimated valuation of the company after its IPO will be $996,2 million. 

The listed bookrunners of the IPO are BofA Securities, UBS Investment Bank, Canaccord Genuity, JMP Securities, Needham & Company and Raymond James.
