Coupang, Inc. has placed 120 000 000 shares in an IPO priced $35 per share, which is $1 above the upper limit of the previously announced range ($32-34).

The trading debut will take place on the New York Stock Exchange on March 11, 2021 under the ticker symbol ‘CPNG’.
