Confluent, Inc. launches an IPO

IPO of CONFLUENT, INC will take place on June, 23 2021.

CONFLUENT, INC. (CFLT). CONFLUENT is a developper of data infrastructure designed for real-time connecting of all the company’s apps, systems and data levels. Confluent has developped an operation cycle to interact with clients, which is oriented to data in motion and connects product characteristics and its market launch. Confluent can become the central system of the whole organization making it possible to capture and to process data genereated in real-time by hundreds of commands and systems.  

The estimated valuation of the company after the IPO is $6.9 billion.

The listed IPO bookrunners are Morgan Stanley, JP Morgan, Goldman Sachs, BofA Securities,  Citigroup, Barclays, Credit Suisse, Deutsche Bank Securities, UBS Investment Bank, Wells Fargo Securities, Cowen,  DA Davidson & Co., JMP Securities, KeyBanc Capital Markets и Piper Sandler.
