Confluent, Inc. IPO

Confluent, Inc. has placed 23 000 000 shares of common stock im an IPO priced $36 per share, that is $3 higher than the upper limit of the previously announced range ($29-33).   

The trading debut will take place on the New York Stock Exchange  on June 24, 2021 under the ticker symbol “CFLT”.
