IPO of Bumble, Inc.

Bumble, Inc. has placed 50 000 000 shares in an IPO priced $43 per share, which is $4 above the upper limit of the previously announced range ($37-39). Besides,Bumble, Inc. has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 7 500 000 shares at the public offering price.
The trading debut will take place on the Nasdaq Global Select Market on February 11, 2021 under the ticker symbol “BMBL”.
